Elementary
The Elementary Teachers and staff of the San Antonio School for Inquiry and Creativity believe that educating your child through the arts enables them to learn complex subject matter in a format that is joyful and understandable. This joy and understanding will begin to lead to life long habits of inquisitiveness and love of learning. Integrating the arts will allow your child to develop and fortify abstract reasoning skills, higher level thought processes, and problem based reasoning skills in all subject matter. Additionally, it has been proven that the inclusion of Arts into core subjects strengthens writing, math, and verbal skills in both local and statewide assessments, leading to your child's academic success.
In addition to the arts, San Antonio School for Inquiry and Creativity will provide unique opportunities for your Elementary child by providing real world skills, opening doors to the community and exposing students to positive role models.
Our participation and development of many community events, activities and field trips will expose your child to unique ideas of entrepreneurship and community service.
